Train with your team and weight loss coach twice per week during group exercises sessions designed to achieve your health and weight loss goals. Teammates provide support, inspiration and motivation to stick to the daily exercise program provided to you. You will also compete against the opposing team during monthly fitness challenges.

Learn to fuel your body for fat loss, build lean muscle and eat for weight maintenance through our nutrition education discussions.

Body fat percentage, measurements and weight will be recorded to determine your personal progress and the team with the most
weight loss.
