Body Sculpt is a private class taught by trainer Sugih Spangler that focuses on exercises specific to defining your best body.
It is for those of you who already exercise regularly but aren't quite where you want to be just yet. Body Sculpt will give you the extra push to get where you want to be. When you join Body Sculpt, you'll be motivated to exercise consistently and you'll never want to miss a work out.
This class uses a series of exercises picked specifically for sculpting your body. It is made just to increase your strength through resistance exercises and blast through fat. Body Sculpt will help you reach your aesthetic goals by toning your muscles, improving fitness & giving you the lean, sculpted look you desire.
Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm
